I think we need management to run business effectively. Management set goals and make sure they can be met. Supervision makes sure that costs are kept down, both by products on hand, purchasing decisions, and theft control. Managers also encourage their staff and educate them to enable them to become an asset to the firm they help. Managers have to know the goals of the organization they improve. Managers consider how to obtain those desired goals. Managers need a hiring strategy, sale prepare, and advertising plan. Managers have to set up their groups. Make sure clubs have what they need to complete their jobs. Managers also have to know how so many people are needed and place them where they are most effective. Managers need to be able to motivate their team and make sure the business goals happen to be met. Managers make sure process are met on time and make sure company guidelines are implemented. Most personnel respond positively to managers that lead by case in point. Managers bother about costs rather than performance. Managers should check into the improvement of the companies goals and inform the team of their improvement. I think organizational structure needs to be flat. This would allow personnel some empowerment. I believe this kind of structure would give employees the drive for more information about the organization and provide them the sense of loyalty for the organization. This structure would give employees a chance to excel. Therefore will promote success for the business. Interaction would be more rapidly so that would mean decisions would be made more rapidly. Yes, the managers may have a bulkier work load, however only one boss would be reported to. Almost all problems will be addressed. With the right manager this could be accomplished. In my opinion the organization should be product departmentalization. On the product line all actions would be beneath one director. The supervisor delegates jobs to staff...
