In orther words, alienation is a a concept which describes the working state of most people today. At present, workers in factories and firms are isolated through the whole process of creating virtually any product. Every single worker plays a concrete, small portion of the production proccess and as a result they don't care about the whole product and it's really use by society. And I find it rational. Due to capitalistic society people have changed humanistic values in monetary dreams. So , how come a staff member would value the product and it is benefits for other people once none will pay him or her because of it? Workers performing their careers and got cash for it, plus the only factor they care about is the right way to be promoted in order to start getting more funds. That aspect makes persons " alienated”. Due to not having enough capacity to change whatever in the production method and make the product better for the human sake, during the time, people only stopped contemplating society prosperity and became even more selfish. Doing work conditions and technology happen to be closely linked to the concept of " alienation”.
